Title IX

TITLE IX

Pursuant to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and other applicable laws and policies, Center for Allied Health Education prohibits sexual harassment and misconduct. No person shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity of CAHE. Sex discrimination prohibited by Title IX includes sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual violence and sexual misconduct. Title IX also prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, asserts his or her rights under Title IX.

CAHE is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination on the basis of sex. We pride ourselves in being a community who respects others and embraces differences while teaching our students to respect and support one another.

CAHE has a Title IX Resource Team that includes a Title IX Coordinator on campus and staff to help anyone who has questions about the resources available. CAHE staff take complaints and allegations of sexual misconduct very seriously and provide resources to help anyone needing support.
